Coats for the City
Each year, Coats for the City brings together churches to distribute thousands of warm winter coats across the city – not just meeting physical needs, but opening doors for sharing the hope of the gospel with those who need it most.
We would like to invite you and your church to partner with us this year. Listed below are several ways you can join in this partnership.
Volunteer: Consider sending a team to assist our NYC partners with their distribution and outreach. Ideally, teams would be made up of 6-8 people. For teams larger than 8 people, please be aware that your team may be split up among various sites, depending on the needs of the NYC partners. Space is limited so groups will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
DEADLINE TO SIGN UP A TEAM TO GO TO NYC- SEPTEMBER 1
Collect Donations: we need to collect around 8,000 coats between NC and SC Baptists churches. Please sign up if your church can collect and donate coats. We will send information on how to sort and deliver coats later in the year.
