Kingdom Collaboration
We foster partnerships among pastors and churches to pray, serve, and advance the gospel together locally and globally.
Healthy Pastors & Churches Working Together for the Gospel
We believe the Kingdom is strengthened when pastors and churches partner together for the sake of the gospel. Through collaboration, prayer, and shared mission, the Lexington Baptist Association helps foster unity and growth by:
Prayer Gatherings – Hosting bi-annual, pastor-led association-wide prayer gatherings.
Missional Partnerships – Developing an exponential growth plan for partnerships at the local, state, national, and international levels.
Church Planter Residencies – Facilitating residencies in partnership with SEBTS, NGU, Anderson, and CSU, with strategies for both urban (I-20/I-26/I-77 corridors) and suburban/rural contexts.
Church Health Conferences & Cohorts – Providing training for pastors and members, alongside ministry research opportunities.
Formal Training Opportunities – Hosting SEBTS EQUIP Center courses at the LBA office.
Acts 1:8 Resources – Promoting and encouraging the use of financial and training support for missional engagement.
