Revitalization & Future Planning – Guiding churches through the Futuring Process for revitalization, strategic planning, and structure/policy development.
Support Services – Offering resources such as interim pastors, worship visits, and pastor search training.
Evangelistic Engagement – Encouraging collaboration in evangelism at the local, state, national, and international levels.
Discipleship Tools – Assisting churches with strategy development, care groups, and biblical growth metrics to strengthen disciple-making.
Leadership Development – Creating opportunities to equip current and next-generation leaders.
Contextualized Ministry Training – Providing training in community exegesis and local mission opportunities.
Practical Ministry Planning – Working alongside churches to design collaborative, hands-on ministry plans for those called to serve.
